Key Requirements

Relevant education in social sciences, health, education, or agriculture

Strong command of English and Juba Arabic

Experience with data collection tools (Kobo, ODK)

Familiarity with local dialects and field realities

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong problem-solving and logistics coordination skills
